		<description>When i was on my laptop last i was trying to open internet and it went to a blue screen then went to a black screen with a blinking white underscore line. We took it in to bestbuy to see if it was an easy fix. So they said i have 100 some viruses. They told us i could us my support dvd as long as i am willing to lose my stuff on there (which i am). But when i tried to use the dvd and looked on the BIOS POST it noticed my disk drive but it wont take me to any other screen. Do you know if there is any other way to get to the restoring page from the support dvd?</description>
